Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original AZO packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached and intact.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
